Rich Ellings

Rich Ellings is the President of The National Bureau of Asian Research. Prior to this role, they were a faculty member and Assistant Director at the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies. Rich also served as a Legislative Assistant for Foreign and Defense Policy in the Office of Senator Slade Gorton in the United States Senate. They hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Washington.
