Pam Kalen

Pam Kalen is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Serving as Vice President at the Business Group on Health since January 2002, Kalen has significantly contributed to advancing health care strategies for large employers. Prior to this role, Kalen was the Executive Director of the Employers Managed Health Care Association from November 1994 to January 2002, where Kalen managed a small membership association focused on providing managed care health plans. Kalen's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Membership and Planning at AHIP from 1987 to 1994. Kalen holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Maryland.
