Litha Geza is the Managing Director of iLithalelanga Coaching and Consulting, a 100% black, women-owned company established in March 2020, specializing in sustainable transformation across various organizational functions. With extensive experience in mentoring, coaching, and organizational development, Litha currently also serves as a Programme Management Consultant with the National Business Initiative, focusing on project management and performance decision-making. Previous roles include mentorship and development positions at UN Women South Africa Multi Country Office and the Business Women's Association South Africa, as well as senior consultancy roles within the Office of the Premier in the Eastern Cape. Academically, Litha holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Masters in Business Administration and specialized executive qualifications in consulting and coaching for change, underpinning a robust career dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve transformative outcomes.
