Jane Holland

Jane Holland is the Director of Operations and Chief Financial Officer at NCRMA and Director of Operations, Finance and Administration at Garnet Underwriting Managers, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in this capacity. Jane has also performed with top professionals in the personal development industry with expertise in research, development, finance, sales, marketing, and business operations. Jane’s experience includes coaching programs, managing professional teams, training, strategic planning, public speaking, efficiency audits, development of policies and procedures, and program creation from inception to implementation.

Jane holds a BA in Liberal Arts and Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
