Tamala Mcbath

Tamala J. McBath, has joined the National Cannabis Risk Management Association and Garnet Underwriting Managers as the Chief Execution Officer (CXO). An executive with more than 25 years of experience in risk management, operations and business development, she brings a unique approach to resolving issues that many organizations face. Tamala is a certified Talent Optimization Consultant and specializes in helping organizations align business strategy with their people strategy by creating high performing teams to drive business results. Tamala is a published author and speaker in her areas of expertise. Tamala will assist with strategic initiatives in risk management. She is also currently the president of The Regal Group, Inc., a Cincinnati-based consulting firm.
