Matthew Santmyer

Matthew Santmyer has a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in various roles at multiple banks over the years. Currently, Matthew serves as the SVP Strategic Projects Director at National Capital Bank. Prior to this, Matthew held positions such as VP, Commercial Lending Coordinator at MainStreet Bank, Vice President, Commercial Lending Officer at MVB Bank, and various Vice President and AVP roles at Middleburg Bank. Matthew has also completed educational programs at VBA Bank School and ECU-Commercial Lending School, as well as earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.
