Rachel Matthews Vladimer

Rachel Matthews Vladimer is currently the Vice President of Retail Administration & Operations at National Capital Bank of Washington. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as Operations Management at Cardinal Bank and as a Universal Banker at Citizens Bank. Rachel holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
