Karen Peck has a strong background in mental health and substance abuse counseling, currently serving as Clinical Manager at National Capital Treatment & Recovery since September 2019, responsible for supervising staff and ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Previously, Karen held the position of Interim Clinical Director at Muskogee County Council of Youth Services, where participation in treatment team meetings and supervision of clinical staff were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Mental Health/Substance Abuse Therapist at Prince William County and Rappahannock Community Service Board, alongside significant experience as a Juvenile & Adult Substance Abuse Therapist at Muskogee Youth Services. Karen also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern State University and holds two master's degrees, one in Human Relations with a focus on Counseling Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and another in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands.
