Rebecca Black

Rebecca Black has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the mental health and education sectors. Rebecca currently serves as the Deputy Director of Clinical Operations at National Capital Treatment & Recovery, where they previously held the role of Program Director. Rebecca has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Anne Arundel Community College. Prior to these positions, they had an extensive tenure at ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY INC, where they worked as a Crisis Phone Clinician, Safe Station Clinician, and Mobile Crisis Clinician. Rebecca has also served as a Clinical Consultant at Elevate Recovery Centers, LLC. Earlier in their career, they held multiple positions at Luminis Health, including Pathways Inpatient Clinical Manager, Pathways Lead Clinical Counselor/Milieu Supervisor, Pathways Family Counselor, and Pathways Treatment Assistant. Rebecca began their career as the Church Administrator at St. Anne's Episcopal Church.

Rebecca Black started their education journey in 1998 at Stevenson University, where they pursued a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching. Rebecca completed their studies at Stevenson University in 2002. Afterwards, in 2004, they attended Anne Arundel Community College and obtained a Certificate in Sociology, which they completed in 2005. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Afterward, Rebecca Black furthered their education at the University of Maryland School of Social Work, where they obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Throughout their educational path, Rebecca Black focused primarily on pursuing degrees and certificates related to social work and teaching.
