Jeffrey Higgins

Jeffrey Higgins has extensive work experience in the field of IT and program management. Jeffrey currently serves as the Program Manager Lead for EPA ESSET Enterprise Services at National Capitol Contracting, LLC since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SAIC as the Chief Technology Director and EPA EUS Project Manager & Team Lead from October 2018 to July 2022. Before SAIC, Higgins was the Chief Technical Strategist and Program Manager for EPA End User Services at ECS from August 2017 to October 2018. Jeffrey also held the position of IT Manager at Mission1st Group, Inc. from June 2012 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Support/Network Engineer at Miles Technologies in 2012 and as a Project Manager/Lead Programmer at Real Life Designs from July 2001 to August 2011. Additionally, Higgins has experience as a Lead Web Developer at Lenox from September 1999 to July 2001, as a PC Specialist Consultant at Career People from June 1999 to September 1999, and as a Junior Web Developer at Lenox from May 1998 to June 1999.

Jeffrey Higgins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Rider University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
