RJ Harrington is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at National Car Charging, where RJ spearheads regional and national business development. RJ is also the Founder & CEO of Sustainable Action Consulting PBC, focusing on decarbonizing the economy and transportation. Previously, RJ served as the Executive Director at Clean Energy Action and as the Policy Director at the Colorado Solar Energy Industries Association. Harrington has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University.
