Murat Köksel

Murat Koksel serves as the Director of Liner Activities at the National Cargo Bureau since May 2019, bringing extensive experience in marine operations management. Murat's career also includes roles as Marine Surveyor at National Cargo Bureau and Chief Officer at Turkon Line, demonstrating a strong foundation in maritime operations, safety, and team management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Global Logistics from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
