Tony Swanson

Tony Swanson serves as the VP of Operational Excellence & Growth at National Carwash Solutions and holds dual roles as Co-Chairman of the Board and Co-CEO at the Thatcher James Swanson Memorial Foundation, which advocates for children's access to education and play. As Managing Partner at AMS Endeavors, Tony leads commercial strategy and operations projects focused on highly-engineered products. Previous experience includes serving as Interim CEO at AXOOM-Solutions, LLC, and a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in customer performance improvements. Tony has also contributed to the Northwestern University Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board and was a consultant at Monitor Group, concentrating on strategy for Fortune 500 companies.
