Robert Maggiani

Robert Maggiani is a seasoned professional in sustainable agriculture and marketing with a diverse background spanning several decades. Since 2012, Robert has served as a Sustainable Ag Specialist at the National Center for Appropriate Technology, leveraging expertise in sustainable practices. As the owner of Growth by Design, LLC, since September 2011, Robert has further honed entrepreneurial skills. Prior experience includes a tenure as Chief of Marketing at the Texas Department of Agriculture from 1985 to 2011 and as General Manager at Ciudadanos Unidos de Natalia, a farmworker organization and fresh vegetable shipper, from 1978 to 1984. Robert holds a Master of Science degree in statistics and accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, which was completed between 1967 and 1977.
