Danielle Norton is a Senior Family Learning Specialist for Early Childhood Coaching Strategies, Danielle brings nearly 13 years of education experience to NCFL. She worked in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School District for 11 years and has in all served as a classroom teacher for eight years and a multi-classroom leader for another 4.5 years. During that time, she assisted with the expansion of pre-kindergarten within the district. At NCFL, Danielle plans and delivers professional development and high-quality technical assistance to local and national partners in support of project goals. She also provides on-site visits to local and national partners. Danielle has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Memphis. She also received her teaching certification from Tennessee State University and her Master of Leadership and Administration in Education from Middle Tennessee State University.
