Raffal Shafiei is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at the National Center for Meteorology since October 2023. Council of Ministers approval No. (417) was issued on 7/19/1440 AH to establish the National Center of Meteorology, to provide high-quality weather and climate services to protect lives and support development, in addition to any services related to meteorology locally, regionally and internationally based on a modern and flexible institutional framework according to the best global practices in this field.
