Brandon Kaopuiki currently serves as a Global Policy Advisor at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Brandon worked at the International Justice Mission from August 2019 to December 2023 as a Technical Advisor and later as a Senior Officer, focusing on strategies to combat online sexual exploitation of children (OSEC). Brandon also contributed as a Senior Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Specialist, supporting initiatives in the Philippines from remote locations in the United States. Earlier experience includes serving as a Special Agent with the Oregon Department of Justice, where responsibilities encompassed investigating child sexual abuse and leading an ICAC unit, as well as a Detective and Police Officer with the Gresham Police Department, handling crimes against vulnerable populations. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from George Fox University.
