Marsha McIntyre Butler holds an MBA and possesses extensive human resources experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since November 2016, Marsha has also held the positions of Executive Director and Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this, Marsha was Senior Director of Human Resources and Operations at the Epilepsy Foundation from June 2008 to November 2016, and Director of Human Resources at SEED Public Charter School of Washington DC from August 2004 to May 2008. Marsha's career began as a Human Resources Generalist at the World Resources Institute from August 2003 to August 2004. Marsha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University and a Master of Business Administration from Howard University.

Since 1984, NCMEC has served as the national clearinghouse and resource center for families, victims, private organizations, law enforcement and the public on issues relating to missing and sexually exploited children.
