Cassandra Mitchell Smith is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Senior Recruiter at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children since December 2014, Cassandra is also the University Relations Chair on the Board of Directors for the Society for Human Resource Management's Northern Virginia Chapter since January 2022.
