Bandar al Gonoby

Bandar Al Gonoby, CIPD, currently serves as the General Manager of Human Capital at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector since December 2021. Prior to this role, Bandar was the General Manager of Organization Development and Total Rewards at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority from April 2020 to November 2021. Bandar's extensive experience in human resources includes positions such as Senior Manager - HR Center of Excellence and Corporate HR Business Partner at Bahri, where strategic HR development and execution were key responsibilities. Additional roles include Acting Head of HR across multiple countries and Recruitment & Resourcing & Reward Specialist at International Systems Engineering. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, complemented by various certifications in HR and management.
