Lea Nussbaum

Lea Nussbaum is a Scientific Coordinator at the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nussbaum was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford from August 2016 to June 2022, where research focused on CD1a-restricted regulatory T cell responses in health and psoriasis. Nussbaum held various research assistant and internship positions at Heidelberg University, contributing to projects on HBV and HDV, genome editing with CRISPR, and gene expression analysis in cancer. Nussbaum earned a DPhil in Infection, Immunology and Translational Medicine from the University of Oxford and holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Molecular Biotechnology from Heidelberg University.
