Beulah Bloxom

Beulah Bloxom leads the organization's day-to-day human resources functions and processes in order to support the team's work to advance justice for and in partnership with young people. She is part of the Operations team and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance coaching and management, HR compliance, and professional development.

Beulah has almost a decade of HR experience and over 15 years of non-profit experience. She previously worked for Children Now, a research, policy, and advocacy organization focused on improving child well-being for 10 years. Prior to Children Now, she worked at the Center for Oral Health, an organization working to improve oral health in vulnerable populations through dental services, education, research, and advocacy. Beulah has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Karachi and is a certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management.
