Dr. Addonica Stanley, EdD, currently serves as a National Facilitator at the National Center on Education and the Economy, where responsibilities include supporting schools and districts in developing sustainable, equitable teaching and learning systems. Previously, Dr. Stanley was the Principal at Bakersfield City School District for nearly a decade, focusing on the creation of collaborative teams and a culture centered on student academic achievement. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grambling State University.
