Darshak Shah is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in the ophthalmology sector and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as Co-founder and Executive Chair at Paloma Health since May 2024, Darshak also advises Oviva on Specialist Weight Management Services for NHS patients. As a co-founder of Newmedica, established in 2007, Darshak has been instrumental in creating innovative clinical delivery models tailored for the NHS. Other notable roles include being a Non-Executive Director and Adviser at Newmedica, a Trustee at the National Centre for Circus Arts, and an appointed expert advisor to the Department of Health and Social Care's Elective Recovery Taskforce.
