Jennifer Hougland

Jennifer Hougland has extensive experience with the National Christian Foundation, serving in various roles since April 2018, including RM Team Training and Development Specialist and Network Relations Coordinator. Responsibilities include producing and planning training webinars, managing the Learning Management System (Litmos), and enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as an Outreach Coordinator at National Christian Foundation | Heartland, overseeing complex gift intakes and developing systems for asset management. Additional experience includes positions at CONSOL Energy, the University of Kansas Memorial Union, Kansas City Public Schools, and the Association of Professional Piercers. Jennifer holds a degree in Social Welfare from the University of Kansas, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
