John C. Tanner

John C. Tanner has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. John C. started their career at Equiax Inc. in 1978, where they served as the VP of Shared Financial Services for over 20 years. John C. then moved on to PWCES, where they were the VP of Finance & Accounting from 1999 to 2002. After that, they worked at Global Focus as a Consultant/Controller from 2003 to 2005. Currently, they are the VP of Accounting & Finance at the National Christian Foundation, where they oversee financial reporting, budget management, and internal financial controls. John also conducts financial forecasting, analysis, and business modeling in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer.

John C. Tanner completed their education at the University of North Georgia from 1972 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. In addition to their degree, they also hold two certifications: Certified Public Accountant, granted by the Georgia State Board of Accountancy, and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), awarded by the AICPA.
