Joshua Hall

Joshua Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset and property management within the housing sector. Since December 2010, Joshua has been with National Church Residences, initially serving as Accounting Supervisor and transitioning to Senior Asset Manager and Regional Portfolio Leader, where responsibilities include overseeing 18 low-income senior housing projects in northern Ohio. Additionally, Joshua has held the position of Director of Property Management for Permanent Supportive Housing, managing operations for 853 units across multiple projects in Ohio and Georgia. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2001.
