Julie M. Woolley

Julie Woolley is an accomplished attorney and executive with extensive experience in legal counsel and compliance. Currently serving as a member of Chief since October 2022, Julie focuses on empowering women in leadership roles. Julie holds the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at National Church Residences, having undertaken multiple roles within the organization since January 2017, including the establishment of an in-house legal department and oversight of litigation and compliance. Previously, Julie worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office, providing legal support for complex transactions and Public-Private Partnership projects. Additional experience includes positions at the Ohio Development Services Agency and Baker & Hostetler LLP, specializing in corporate law and business transactions. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Washington & Jefferson College.
