Kimberly Abdulghani

Kimberly Abdulghani has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kimberly started their career as a Nurse Consultant at LeaderStat, where they held various interim management positions and provided facility support during regulatory surveys. Kimberly then joined HCR ManorCare as an RN Quality Assurance Consultant, overseeing multiple facilities and ensuring compliance with regulations. At National Church Residences, they served as the RN Director of Clinical Services, leading COVID-19 management efforts, coordinating personal protective equipment supply and demand, and developing predictive calculations for PPE burn rates. Kimberly also worked as a Medical Review Specialist at AdvanceMed.

Kimberly Abdulghani pursued their education at Hocking College from 1992 to 1996, earning a degree in nursing. Prior to that, they attended Ohio University in 1991-1992, where they studied psychology.
