Matt Frericks

Matt Frericks has extensive work experience in facilities support services, employee experience, and operational management. Matt currently serves as the Regional Director of Facilities Support Services at National Church Residences. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Employee Experience for the Procter & Gamble account at JLL, where they were responsible for enhancing the employee experience for various support services. Matt also held leadership positions at Miami University, where they managed teams to ensure the quality of life for students, and at Kent State University, where they supervised operational functions. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President of Health Services at Mercy Health and held executive roles at Tressler Lutheran Svc. Overall, Matt has demonstrated expertise in facilities management, employee experience, and operational leadership throughout their career.

Matt Frericks received their MBA Certificate and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Gerontology Emphasis from Miami University, where they studied from 1983 to 1988.
