Reginald Johnson

Reginald Johnson, Sr. currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at National Church Residences since November 2020. Previously, Reginald was the President of REMA Global from March 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included project feasibility underwriting and real estate development financial modeling. Reginald also held the position of Partner and EVP of Business Development at Woods Development Group, LLC from January 2015 to February 2017, focusing on acquisition and asset management. As Vice President of Asset Management at Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority from January 2011 to December 2014, Reginald managed the planning and development of the Authority’s property portfolio. Earlier roles included VP of Portfolio Management at Huntington National Bank and Bank One Community Development Corporation, overseeing asset management across multiple states. Reginald's educational background includes an MBA from Ashland University, a BA in Accounting from Franklin University, and various certifications in property management and theology.
