Tara Aschenbrand

Tara Aschenbrand has a solid background in the legal field with extensive experience in labor and employment matters. Tara started their career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James L. Graham at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio from 2002 to 2004. Tara then joined Squire Patton Boggs, where they served as an Associate, Senior Associate, and eventually became a Principal specializing in Labor & Employment from 2004 to 2015.

In 2015, Aschenbrand moved to OhioHealth, where they held various roles, including Assistant General Counsel, Senior Assistant General Counsel, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing a team that provides legal support for human resources and shared services.

Additionally, Aschenbrand is set to join National Church Residences in 2024 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Tara Aschenbrand received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 1999. Tara went on to complete their J.D., with honors, at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law from 1999 to 2002.
