Stephen Lehocky

Stephen Lehocky is the President at National Circuit Assembly. Prior to that, they were the Manufacturing Manager at OraMetrix, Inc. from January 2017 to December 2018.

At OraMetrix, Stephen was responsible for accelerating and driving new manufacturing processes to expand current production, freeing resources and developing new production value streams for new products. Stephen made significant accomplishments including a 213% improvement in output by eliminating waste in operator manufacturing processes, and a 50% improvement in productivity by eliminating nonvalue activities allowing the start of an additional product line with current staff levels.

Stephen also designed the facilities and manufacturing processes for a new product to market in 8 months, and reduced shipping errors and late shipments to near zero. In addition, they developed operational metrics, visual production boards, and set goals to drive accountability. Stephen led daily production meetings on the floor and led Gemba walks to increase two-way communication and build trust. Lastly, they managed budgets, developed financial plans and wrote Capital Appropriations Requests.

During their time at OraMetrix, Stephen also implemented a new manufacturing leadership team, mentoring new supervisors, process engineers, and team leaders. Stephen created and implemented a new tracking system for tracking manufacturing training. Stephen also designed and implement quality systems in 3D print manufacturing and Aligner manufacturing.
