Sherryl Tucker has a strong background in the hospitality and customer service industry. Sherryl began their career at Horseshoe Casino, where they worked as a Guest Services Manager from 1993 to 2004. Sherryl then moved on to become the Hotel Front Office Manager at the same company from 2004 to 2006. Following this, Tucker worked at Fitz Tunica Casino & Hotel, starting as a Hotel Manager from 2006 to 2007 and later becoming the Director of Hotel Operations from 2007 to 2014. Sherryl then joined Greyhound Lines, Inc. as the City Manager/Manager of Customer Experience from 2014 to 2016. Currently, Tucker works as the Senior Director of Operations at the National Civil Rights Museum since 2016.
Sherryl Tucker obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from The University of Memphis in 1993. Sherryl later pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Webster University in 2008.

The NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM, located at the historic Lorraine Motel where civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated, gives a comprehensive overview of the American Civil Rights Movement from slavery to the present.
