Tiffany Ford is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at the National Civil Rights Museum and Special Assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives. Previously, Tiffany held positions at Rhodes College as the Director of the Bonner Center for Service and Grants and Foundations Manager. Prior to that, Tiffany worked at Shelby County Government as a Quality Management Coordinator for the Ryan White HIV Program. Tiffany also served as a Manager at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center. Tiffany holds a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and Bachelor's degrees in Religious Studies from Christian Brothers University and Philosophy from Rhodes College.

The NATIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS MUSEUM, located at the historic Lorraine Motel where civil rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated, gives a comprehensive overview of the American Civil Rights Movement from slavery to the present.
