Eric Rickard

Eric Rickard has over two decades of experience in network and telecommunications management. Currently serving as the Network Telecommunications Manager at Falls of Neuse Management LLC since January 2021, Eric also holds roles as Telecommunications Manager and Information Systems Administrator at National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. since December 2017, where responsibilities include consulting as an IT-Telecommunications Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as a Network Engineer at FHI (2014-2017), focusing on network planning and technology solutions, and various roles at CARQUEST Auto Parts (1999-2014), where Eric provided high-level technical support and collaborated on network issues. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College, an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Business College, and a Paralegal degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
