Michael Smith

Michael Smith is an experienced operations and warehouse manager with a strong background in plant operations and quality compliance. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Warehouse Manager at National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. since February 2015, Michael has effectively utilized lean practices and managed extensive teams. Prior experience includes a role as Plant Manager at Aramark from July 2006 to February 2015, overseeing a staff of 96 employees across two shifts, and serving as Warehouse Supervisor at Martin-Brower from May 1996 to January 2006, where responsibilities included managing employee production in a restaurant distribution facility. Michael holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, earned between 1996 and 2000.
