Alycia Washington

Alycia Washington is currently the Director of Women's Rugby at National Collegiate Rugby and has held various roles at WHOOP since October 2020, including Team Manager and Member Service Representative. Additionally, Alycia serves as an Assistant Rugby Coach at Yale University and has a notable background as a former USA Rugby Player from June 2015 to August 2024. Previous experience includes the role of Sr. Assistant Director of Club Sports, Operations, and Student Employment at CENTERS, LLC, where significant responsibilities included overseeing intramurals for over 13,000 participants and hiring and training over 250 officials. Alycia also held positions at Ohio State RecSports and the YMCA of Central Ohio, focusing on sports administration and youth mentorship. Alycia earned a Master of Science in Sport Management from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
