Alec Thieda

Alec Thieda, MBA, is the Recruiting Coach Manager at NCSA College Recruiting. Starting as the only ice hockey recruiting coach, Alec has worked with over 2,400 families, connecting student-athletes to Junior A and College hockey programs. Alec is also the Assistant Hockey Coach at Victory Honda U-18 AAA and previously worked at Norwich University as an Academic Assistant and Assistant Men's Ice Hockey Coach, winning a Division 3 National Championship. Alec has experience in power skating instruction and sales and inventory management at other companies.
