Lisa Strasman

Lisa Meyers Strasman currently serves as the Chief People Operations Officer at IMG Academy, which is recognized as the world leader in sports education and development, since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions at NCSA College Recruiting from 2004 to 2024, culminating in the role of President. In these positions, Lisa was instrumental in driving revenue growth, scaling operations, and enhancing lead generation, while also overseeing all operational aspects of the business. Lisa began as Team Lead/Account Manager, advancing through the ranks to VP of Operations and eventually Chief Operating Officer. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies/History from Yale University, obtained from 1997 to 2001.
