Tanya Phillip

Tanya Phillip is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in lending and regulatory compliance. Since July 2014, Tanya has served as a Senior Loan Review Analyst at NCB, conducting thorough examinations of various loan products to identify credit risks and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Prior to this role, Tanya worked as a Bank Examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from June 2007 to July 2014, where responsibilities included evaluating compliance with financial regulations, leading examinations, and managing teams during on-site reviews. Tanya's career began as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at SCO Family of Services from November 2005 to June 2007. Tanya holds two Master’s degrees in Accounting and Financial Management and Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from CUNY York College.
