Anupama Kytham

Anupama Kytham has extensive work experience in quality assurance roles within various companies. Anupama started their career as a QA Engineer II at Service Link Part of Fidelity National Financial, INC, where they worked from February 2008 to January 2011. Anupama then joined CTR Systems as a QA Lead from January 2011 to September 2012. Anupama continued to advance their career as Software Quality Assurance Manager at Direct Energy from September 2012 to June 2014, and later became a Program QA Manager at Direct Energy Business from June 2014 to October 2015. Anupama then worked as a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Nuance Communications from October 2015 to December 2018. Currently, Anupama holds the position of Director Of Quality Assurance at NCQA starting from January 2019.

Anupama Kytham attended Point Park University from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Anupama also has additional certifications as an (ISC)² Candidate from (ISC)², obtained in March 2023, and ITIL Foundation V3 from ITIL Certification.
