Since joining NCQA in November 2008, Susan Yhim has served as Accreditation Manager and Policy Analyst, contributing to organizational excellence in healthcare standards. Prior to this role, Susan Yhim worked at UnitedHealth Group from October 2007 to October 2008 as an Account Manager, where expertise in client relations and account oversight was developed.
