Carly Biondi

Carly Biondi is currently the Director of Operations at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. Prior to this role, Carly held positions as a Senior Operations Manager and an Operations Manager at the same organization. Before joining the National Committee, Carly was a Program Manager at The Transnational NGO Initiative at Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Carly also served as a Program Manager at the World Agroforestry Centre (ICRAF). Carly holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from SUNY Geneseo.
