Hermon G. is an experienced Human Resources Manager with expertise in developing and implementing HR programs, advising management on employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Currently at the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare since November 2019, Hermon oversees recruitment processes, manages compensation and benefits programs, and maintains HR information systems. Previously, Hermon served as a Human Resources Manager at Africa Humanitarian Action and has a background in recruiting and office management. Hermon holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Addis Ababa University.
