Salome Odoom is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, with a career spanning a variety of roles in telecommunications companies in Ghana. Currently serving as the Director of Research & Business Development at the National Communications Authority, Salome has also held positions such as Human Resources Director at Expresso Telecom and Human Resources Manager at Kasapa Telecom Limited. With a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Ghana Business School, Salome has a strong background in leading HR teams, strategic staffing plans, compensation, training, and development.
