Nancy Richards

Nancy Richards, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Generalist for National Communications Services, Inc. since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing recruitment and candidate processes. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at NCS and Robert Half in HR Generalist positions, along with a significant tenure at Club Demonstration Services, managing benefits and unemployment claims for a large employee base. Nancy began HR career as an HR Coordinator at Internet Advancement, overseeing all HR functions for a 90-employee organization. Early experience includes roles in sales and marketing coordination, with education in Human Resources Management at Lake Washington Institute of Technology and an AA degree from the College of San Mateo.
