Ken Thai has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry. Ken began their career at the University of Southern California as a Community Pharmacy Resident in 2002. From there, they worked as a Pharmacy Manager at Ralphs Pharmacy from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they became the Chief Executive Officer of El Monte Pharmacy. In 2011, Ken joined Partner Healthcare as the Chief Executive Officer. Ken then moved on to become the Chief Executive Officer of 986 Pharmacy in 2014. In 2018, they served as the Past President of the California Pharmacists Association. Ken's most recent role is Vice President at the National Community Pharmacists Association, a position they have held since 2022.

Ken Thai attended UCLA from 1994 to 1998 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Following this, from 1998 to 2002, they pursued further education at the University of Southern California and obtained a Pharm.D. degree in Pharmacy.
