National Computational Infrastructure
Drew Whitehouse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of scientific programming and visualization. Currently serving as a Scientific Visualization Programmer at the National Computational Infrastructure since 1990, Drew has previously held roles including 3D Software Engineer at Integrated Arts, where development of raytracing software for custom transputer-based parallel hardware took place. Earlier experience includes positions as a Mathematical Oceanography Programmer at the University of New South Wales and Software Engineer at Maptek, focused on porting Fortran graphics software to C for early SGI workstations. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of Queensland, earned between 1983 and 1986.
