Annie Starke Lange

Annie Starke Lange serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs at the National Confectioners Association since April 2025, following a tenure as Senior Director of Federal Affairs at the Beer Institute. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate and Policy Advisor at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, a Research Associate at McGuireWoods Consulting, and a Legal Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives, where contributions included drafting the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Earlier positions include Legislative and PAC Analyst at the National Beer Wholesalers Association, Legislative Aide at FTI Government Affairs/C2 Group, and various roles in political finance and legislative support during the Romney for President campaign. Annie Starke Lange holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont, complemented by a minor in Political Science from UCL.
